Fall and Furs

The Fall runways haven’t looked this ferocious in a while. Almost all catwalks were crawling with animals, as not only animal print made a huge impact, but fur made it onto everything from jackets to accessories and shoes. It’s a miracle the shows weren’t disrupted by any anti-fur campaigners. This season, fur makes a comeback in many different forms from patchworks to the brightly dyed. And for those not too keen on the real stuff, Chanel had the ultimate last word, when Lagerfeld chose to trim everything in faux.Photo: Alberta Ferretti
