I Can't Stop Thinking About My Ex

I've been in a relationship with this guy for over a year ,I'm 20 and he's 30.we broke up over 2 months ago and all i do is still think about him. I found that he was cheating on me with multple so-called friens of his including his babymomma. It hurts because he was all i had,i had no friends,no close family, i actually only had him to talk to and be myself. now I just feel worthless, lonely,depressed, and just want anyone to be there for me.And to make matters worst hes engaged right now to his baby mother, i was heartbroken and cried all night. I know it sounds desparate and pathetic,but it hurts to know that i wasnt the one he wanted like he said. he actually call often and drop by sometimes to say hi and see what i'm up to. he probably realize by now that my life was surrounded by him and now that hes gone i don't have a life. he knew this but he wanted to torture me more by letting me know everytime he calls and come by that his life is great now and mines falling apart. i feel so horrible and i try hiding it everyday but its clear to everyone i'm not the happy person i used to be. i regret loving him ,cause it changed me i remember me being happy with myself and loving life now i'm the complete opposite and don't know will things get better for me.
