Should I Move On?

I went out with a guy 5 times whom I met through an online site. He told me he hadnt had a relation-ship in 10 yrs and off the bat talked about stuff we'd do in the summer. He seemed interested at first though I was a little standoffish and told him I was still trying to get over my 7 yr relationship (it's been over 6 months). We have hugged but never kissed. We both eventually told each other that we had been cheated on by our ex's.
He seemed surprised that I havent traveled much and that I dont have vacation plans for the summer. He said he likes to keep busy. I'm a shy person, am 39 years old and dont have many friends. I don't like going to places alone, but am involved in several activities.
He had to cancel our following date Memorial Day weekend and left it at "I'm too busy but maybe next weekend". It has been two weeks and he hasnt called. I had already called him a month ago to ask if he was interested and he said he enjoyed spending time with me and he wouldnt have gone out with me 4 times if he wasnt interested. I know we both have insecurities. I thought we had alot in common. I would think he'd have called by now if he was still interested. Do you think he's blowing me off and that I should move on? I'd tell you to move on, the guy obviously has issues and not worth your time. Continue to date and try to find things that interest you in order to meet people. Welcome to the dating world!
