I'm a 14 year old girl and in love with a friend of mine. She doesn't know. Three of my friends know but it's killing me. What do I do?!

You didn't mention in your question what your sexual prefrence is, but before you move any further, that is what you have to decide.
If you do like girls as a bi-sexual or lesbian just treat what you're expiriencing as a normal crush, the same as any straight person would.
Good luck with this, because I know it can be very hard especially comeing out to friends and family.
If this friend you have feelings for does not return them the best you can do is try to move on and try to find another girl or guy that does have feelings for you.
