First Date Analysis HELP!

I will try to paraphrase to keep this short and hopefully get as much input as possible.
To make a long story short I recently went on a date with a close family friend that I have known my whole life. The date went well and ended with a hug...i didn't move in for the kiss. The next night was new years eve and we went to separate parties. I texted her at midnight wishing her a happy new year and asking her to dinner in the coming week. I told her I would call her Sunday and set up a date. She answered with an emphatic "Absolutely, talk to you Sunday." So I called her Sunday at noon and got her voice mail. I left a short message, but I haven't heard back from her. Am I right to be concerned? I've dated several different girls over the years, but I haven't felt like this about a girl since high school. Should I call again? Is the ball in her court? I have no idea where to take this...Any response is greatly appreciated :)
