Should I tell her how I feel about her?

Ok this is complicated I have two questions, I met this girl through a mutual friend and we known eachother for about three months. We basically talk about anything, when we first met we were both in relationships and going through our problems respectively. At that time my feelings were not as strong for her yet but they began to grow.I told her how i feel but i told her that they were when were both going through our relationship *****. Deep down I know her "bf" is not the right person because he treats like *****, I dont know the dude personnally though but my question is should I tell her how i feel again and should I point out that I can treat her better than him? This is really hard for me bexause they have an on and off relationship and everytime she wants to get back with him she asks me for advice and I basically tell her what she wants to hear..So should I move on and stay friends or let her know how i feel?

Well first of all does she like u back? and the next time they brake up and she asks u wat she should do, u should tell her how u feel! u can try telling her wat u think about the guy but just dont talk ***** about him because if she's a sensitive girl and she likes him a lot, she might cry =/! dont move on unless theres no other thing to do! just be there for her! and eventually she'll see who she really wants to be with!hope i helped!
