How do I tell whether or not she's into me?

Hey. There is this coworker who is super hot, and we've known each other for a few months now, and we talk every time we work together. But when we talk it seems like she is kind of flirty. How do i tell whether or not this is flirting or if it is a sign that she just has a flirtacious personality?
