Muscle is a little heavier than fat. You may be heavier on the scales, but in the mirror you seem lighter and slimmer~

You gained muscle mass. Don't worry about it, keep working out.

Curves is desgined for a woman who is currently dieting with her meals, but is unable to find a way to add working out into her sechdule. The fact that you are gaining weight might be the cause of your excercise. In all honesty, it's a proven fact that yes you'll lose the flub you had on earlier when you diet and exercise.. but when it's gone, your body begins to build muscle. Which adds ON weight. But the kicker is that muscle is a great thing. It means you're losing sizes, but becoming sleeker and sexier. So if you're eating the proper portions, following the national food guide (eating healthy) and exercising. It's basically your body saying: you're doing something right! I'm getting healthier! So give it a bit more time, and if you still gain quite a bit of weight with no obvious signs of toning. See your doctor, otherwise... enjoy the tone!!
