How do i get rid of ingrown hairs and red bumps?

I have ingrown hairs and red bumps all over my legs mostly my thighs and then back of my legs and i dont know if shaving is what is causing them and whether i should switch to waxing? ive been told to exfoliate and i do but nothing seems to work!

I have the best idea, go to a doctor and have the hair removed, then go and have your body hair removed perminently. There are lots of professionals who would do it, but you have to shop around for the best price.

I used to have red bumps on my thighs and they have pretty much disappeared. They went away after I started using a homemade salt scrub. Basically all it is is sea salt, rock salt, glycerin, vitamin E oil, and whatever essential oil you like. Just scrub it on while you are in the shower. As for the ingrown hairs, shave towards the end of your shower. That way the heat of your shower will open the pores and make it less likely that the shaved hair will be ingrown. Also, use a good shave gel, like Skintimates. Good luck!!
