How can I decrease my calf size?

I am an average built girl usually stocky and to top that off i am short. I love wearing heels cause it makes me actually feel taller and adds a lot to my confidence level. .. ok to the point.. i wanna wear boots.. i love them.. but thing is i have big calves. No matter how much i try to lose weight and stuff. it never decreses. one time i weight only 90 pounds and my calves were the same size..... i am willing to do anything to be able to wear boots.. i think i have sorta developed an obsession over the fact that i can't wear them. Please help..
i know there are boots for wide calves but they look horrible .. how do i reduce my size?
