The Earth is Melting!
According to scientists at NASA, the world is melting before our very eyes. NASA Glaciologist, Dr. Jay Zwally says scientists have confirmed that the Earth is melting at both ends. "The warmer ocean comes underneath the ice shelves and melts them from the bottom, and warmer air from the top melts them from the top so they're thinning and eventually they get to a point they go poof!
Dr. James Hansen, Director of NASA Earth Sciences says, "If we pass a point of no return then we're going to get large sea level rise even though it would take a century or two or three to play out.
Will Islam Rule the World?
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says Islam will soon be the domineering force in the world. He expressed this confidence at the end of his state visit to Malaysia. Following a meeting with Sultan Jamalullail I, the supreme head of the federation of nine states where Islam was proclaimed the state religion, he pontificated: The world will be in the hands of Islam over the next few years.
Ahmadinejad sparked widespread international condemnation in October when he called for Israel to be "wiped off the map." Last October, he also expressed doubt about the killing by the Nazis of six million Jews during World War II, and recently said in public that the Holocaust was a myth.
"They have invented a myth that Jews were massacred and place this above God, religions and the prophets," Ahmadinejad said in a speech to thousands of people in the Iranian city of Zahedan, according to a report on Wednesday from Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting.
"The West has given more significance to the myth of the genocide of the Jews, even more significant than God, religion, and the prophets," he said. "It deals very severely with those who deny this myth but does not do anything to those who deny God, religion, and the prophet."
President Mahmoud must have stopped taking his medication again.
