Take a minute and think about how much time you spend online.  Many people say they only spend a few minutes a day surfing the net with their full attention.  What about all the quick e-mail or website checks you do on your cell phone?  How about your online banking?  Every time you watch a quick video or refresh your inbox page, you’re spending time online.

What’s The Problem?
It seems like everything about your life revolves around the Internet.  You can’t really avoid shopping online or checking your bank account, and no one expects you to.  It’s just when being online starts to affect your sleeping habits or the amount of time you spend with others.  Healthy living involves a good sleep each night and happy relationships with others.  Plenty of people seem to be compromising on these aspects of their lives to squeeze in an extra instant message here or a song download there. 


Have you ever had dinner with someone who constantly looked at their phone?  It can get pretty annoying.  Don’t be the person who can’t have coherent conversations because you’re always online.
