If you aren’t going to put your complete full effort into it then why the hell do feel you have the right to complain about?
How in the world can you actually let yourself go the way I’ve seen some people do? This is a serious question because I have no idea how people can possibly let themselves get so fat.
I’ve seen dramatic improvements in body composition in people who have switched their attitudes from hesitant to an all out determination to dominate the weights.
A few deserts here and there can add up to a few ugly pounds of fat here and there. Keep track and plan your meals out if you can.
Training
Mike Boyle said it best when he remarked, “a bad program done good is better then a good program done bad.” Bust your ass ladies and gents!
Soft tissue and mobility work are crucial to stay healthy. Don’t be lazy. It might be the most important 10-15 minutes you ever spend to help the longevity of your body.
I’m finding with most people (myself included) the best deadlift gains come from doing a speed deadlift session early in the week and a “me versus the bar” type session later in the week.
If you wear gloves while working out you are a pansy…so stop being a pansy you pansy.
Following your Dreams
DO IT! And leave the non-believers to believing that their mediocre life is worth living for. (so what I’m saying is don’t even bother explaining to them why you want to do what you want to do…it’s a waste of time)
