So You Think You Can Dress? Cat Deeley’s Top 5 Outfits Revealed

3. Thomas Wilde Dress and Givenchy Shoes Last season, Cat wore a black Thomas Wilde satin dress on So You Think You Can Dance. The backless dress was decorated with a huge ruffled collar and a skull-adorned chain attached the shoulders. It gets better. Deeley paired the edgy dress with black Givenchy heels loaded with spikes. Cat’s hair was pulled back into a tight, low bun to let her outfit get the admiration it deserves.
4. Jasmine di Milo Dress and Alexander McQueen Shoes Last year, Cat wore a nude-coloured, fitted Jasmine di Milo dress and paired it with Alexander McQueen stilettos adorned with gorgeous flowers on the backs. Deeley said this dress was inspired by Carrie’s “naked dress” in Season 1 of Sex and the City. The look was definitely as memorable as the “naked dress” but a lot more glamorous. As we know, Cat pulls off any look with ease and effortless class.
5. Vintage Dress and Sonia Rykiel Shoes In Season 5, Cat wore one of her most talked-about outfits, to this day. She came onstage in a green sequined mini-dress with strong shoulders and black studded Sonia Rykiel shy-high heels. The best part? Deeley had already worn the same shoes that season. Who doesn’t love a girl who isn’t afraid to wear the same shoes twice on national television?
There you have it, Cat Deeley’s top 5 looks on So You Think You Can Dance so far. With Season 7 well on its way, she is sure to impress us again every week. Arguably the best-dressed woman on television, Cat’s jewellery line, called Cat Deeley Vintage is now available to order on QVC and she often incorporates her own designs into her outfits on the show. This way, if you see her wearing a piece that you love, there is a good chance that you can order the affordable accessories for yourself!
So while I may never fully appreciate So You Think You Can Dance for its talented dancers or unique choreography, I will continue to tune in as long as the show is on the air to see what host Cat Deeley is wearing. Style seems to come naturally to Deeley, who not only styles herself, but mixed high-end pieces from designers like Yves Saint Laurent and Givenchy with vintage finds of affordable fashion from stores like Zara. While Cat often jokes about her own dancing skills (or lack thereof, according to her), one look at her outfit choices makes it clear to anyone watching that she has definitely earned her reputation as one of the most celebrated and recognized hosts on television. As for me, I simply can’t wait to see what she’ll be wearing next week!
