Are you stuck in a cycle of boredom? Dan Grant has some tips to help unhinge your potentially harmful routine. ![]() I remember when I first starting writing articles and how great I thought they were. I was spreading very general fitness information across the internet and to my email list of thousands and I thought I was pretty badass to be honest. Now I look at my old articles and wonder how the hell anybody every considered me an expert at all back then. I’m not saying they weren’t worthwhile and didn’t help people (I once got an email for a lady who had been following my advice from articles for a year and lost 70lbs). I’m just saying they were boring and general. Hopefully I can make you think a bit about your laziness and workout style today. Ideas, Ideas, Ideas This past week I had a lot of lengthy conversations about topics most people don’t talk about like the illusions around us, the problems with adults and their inability to move properly, why ‘by the book’ fitness is junk, how nature needs to stay in balance, afterlife, and even some intense paranormal talk and who is really living in who’s world. I don’t like talking about people…I like talking about ideas so when I talk about ideas and think about stuff that’s hard to wrap your head around then I start vibrating with creativity and excitement. So I thought since this week had been such a great conversation week that I would share with you some ideas about fitness and how we live that were talked about…I’ll save the paranormal stuff for another day.
