Currently Unhappy?

- Fix it

- May I ask why? Or will you just get defensive because life has been so tough lately?

- How often do you read? I mean, are you searching for answers or are you just sitting back with some fatty food and pop hoping the answer finds you?

- You have to have courage to make big changes. YOU have the courage to change and do the right thing for you and your life. Trust me.

- I will also say that it’s extremely important to always keep faith no matter how things are looking. Just make sure you’re still trying to make things better.

Nutrition

- Last time I checked that if you KNOW it’s bad for you and won’t help you get results then you don’t eat it.

- If you’re out of shape and fat and you find yourself out for drinks more then twice a week it’s probably time for new friends.

- Yes, vegetables sometimes don’t taste good, but your gut doesn’t look good sometimes either.

The State of Our Children

- I heard that this generation of kids will live an average of 10 years less then their parents.  Can we please start actually trying to fix this problem or is McDonalds for dinner still going to win out?

- Children need to learn how to move properly. Sitting around all night doesn’t help that.

- Don’t be lazy. Make your kids something healthy to bring to school to eat. Have you seen what they are feeding kids at schools these days?

Miscellaneous

- The Leader Who Had No Title by Robin Sharma is a must read for anybody.

- Does texting cause divorce or seperation? I think it sure can from what I’ve been seeing lately.

- Lately I’ve been getting up at 4:30am on purpose and going outside to sit with a green tea. It’s an incredible and refreshing way to start the day.

- Be thankful you’re still alive because that means there’s still stuff to do.

- I’ve learned recently that something that seems absolutely horrible at the moment can really be the answer to the problem.
