![]() Fellas, if you find yourself slacking in the household duties department, regardless of whether or not you think your relationship is suffering because of it, it’s time to start participating. Remember, it’s not 1850 anymore and relatively speaking, both men and women are equal before the law and socially. In most relationships and marriages, both partners work long hours, five days a week, so the old “I’m tired” excuse is no longer relevant. With that said, it won’t kill you to do the dishes, load the dishwasher, vacuum, take care of the kids, go grocery shopping, etc. I’m not saying that you have to do it all, but in an equal relationship, it would be wise for all involved to split such duties.
