 Sorry girls, but boys aren’t stupid. Some of them are actually quite smart. Specifically about the way things work, whether it’s the body, your computer or plumbing. Luckily, my dad is good at fixing things, so this isn’t an issue for me. However, men have also introduced me to so many different things. One year, one of my guy friend’s interest in music rubbed off on me and I discovered some of my favourite bands. We have since grown apart and my playlist isn’t quite the same. Another friend got me really into the video game Final Fantasy VII (geeky, I know). If we hadn’t had a falling out, maybe I would have discovered other video games that I would love just as much? Another one taught me the ways of weightlifting and my legs, butt and arms have never looked better. And no, I do not look like She-Hulk. Let’s Hear It For The Boys! Men aren’t all bad. There, I said it. When it comes to matters of the heart, they can sometimes infuriate us or hurt us. But they’re great at giving insight into the male mind (which can help with relationships). They’re also really fun to hang out with. They can even teach us new things! Not that women aren’t all of those things. They can be and they are. |
