Fitness And The Single Life

Set Goals And Remember To Reward Yourself

When you’re working on fitness, it’s always important to set goals and reward yourself when you reach them.  Be realistic and pick a few different ways to judge your fitness level.  Use the good old scale, a body fat indicator, a pair of too-tight jeans and a measuring tape to keep track of the changes in your body.  While your weight might go up if you’re adding muscle mass, you’ll start to tighten other parts of your body, so having more than one way to measure your results is important for keeping yourself motivated and on track.

Rewarding yourself is also a big part of helping anyone reach their fitness goals.  Buy yourself a really nice dress when you go down a size or two, enjoy your favourite treat or take a week off of work and go on holiday.

Work It Out

When you’re looking for love, you can’t neglect your body.  So it’s time to kick your fitness goals into gear.  While relationships are a matter of the heart, in our image conscious society we have to take care of our bodies.  It’s not about being model thin or having a celebrity’s nose or butt, it’s about being in the best shape you can be in so you can shake your booty on the dance floor on singles’ night!
