Put The Effort In

The average man would be over the moon if the woman in his life made a point of taking the initiative to get busy.  Imagine how excited he’d be if she first went to the trouble of beautifying herself and donning some sexy underwear.  It’s important to make the effort to have special nights every once in a while when you look your best, but it’s also a good idea to keep that up to an extent on an everyday basis.  Plenty of men and women let themselves go after they’ve been in a relationship for a while, but if you stay motivated to remain attractive to your partner, it can have a huge effect on your sex life.  This doesn’t mean that you can’t have a day spent in pajama pants every once in a while or that you have to put in hours doing your makeup and hair every day.  Just make a point of freshening up and looking nice.  Consider it something good you can do for yourself and for your partner.

Research

These are just a few general ideas to improve your sex life and start to be a better lover.  There are all kinds of skills, techniques and experiments you can learn about in order to become a more adventurous, well-rounded lover.  The best thing you can do is communicate with your sex partner.  Ask questions and answer his.  Share your fantasies, your preferences and your fears.  Not only will you have a stronger sex life, you’ll also improve every other aspect of your relationship by talking openly and honestly.
