You have to know what she likes and what she's looking to get from you to really do a great job in the bedroom.  This means having an adult conversation about sex.  I don’t want any giggling, any genital pseudonyms and definitely no shame-faced floor gazing.  You’re adults.  You've touched your genitals together before.  That was the easy part.  Now in order to do it properly all you have to do is have one adult discussion about the state of your sex life.  Do it.

But it doesn't have to be unpleasant.  Sex is not a sombre affair where everyone involved has to act their parts with efficiency and quiet dignity.  It is possible to have an open dialogue going even in the bedroom.  Just ask her what she wants you to do.  She'll have an answer.

Confidence

The greatest aphrodisiac available to the male race is the elusive gift of confidence.  Confidence makes weak men strong and dumb men brilliant.  But how do you get it?

If there were an easy way, everyone would know about it.  There isn't.  There's no secret formula to getting more confidence in anything, especially in the bedroom.  The best you can do is start doing everything right and then hope against hope that the improvement in your sex life is enough to give you a little more bounce in your bedroom step.  It works; you just have to go at it with a willingness to learn and a desire to improve.

Also, it doesn't hurt to get a little exercise.  You'll have much better sex if you're more active, more fit and more toned.  You'll feel better about yourself, your lady will like your body more and you will have more energy and stamina.  You don't have to go nuts; just go for a run and do some sit-ups once in a while.

Making The World Go ‘Round

Sex is the best thing ever.  It's what keeps our society together.  If you weren't holding out hope that you were going to have sex, the list of reasons to be a decent individual would shrink drastically.

Sex is a force to be reckoned with and it's in everyone's best interests to be as good at it as they can.  Plus, it's super fun.  Go to it.
