3 Things You Must Do For Fat Loss

Plan Ahead

I cannot overemphasize just how important this element is to your fat loss success.  When meals are planned out, you are much less likely to mindlessly eat and eat junk.  But when I say plan, I mean really plan, as in planning meal by meal, grocery trip by grocery trip.

For example, every Sunday plan out the meals you would like to eat for the week.  This will help you to avoid those last minute dashes to fast food restaurants or eating frozen microwave dinners.

Here's another good tip you can to follow.  On each trip to the market, try out a new vegetable or whole food and put the “new” back into nutrition.  You'll be surprised at just what sort of healthy foods there are out there that you’ll actually really enjoy.

If you're going away on a trip, pack nuts, fruit and water.  By planning and packing some healthy snacks to munch on in advance, your options won't be limited to the over-priced, unhealthy restaurants or convenience stores found in airports or along the highway.

Lastly, holidays usually spell trouble for many of us.  Alcohol, desserts and an assortment of dishes that release the hypnotic smells of goodness, can quickly sidetrack any healthy diet.  The key, however, is planning ahead.  Plan for peer pressure from Auntie Sue and her delicious smelling double fudge brownies.  The key is to stay busy and away from food while having the mindset that you are there to have fun with family and not for the food.
