“I’m happy with the body and life I’ve got.”

No you’re not.  Are you really already living your perfect life?  Are you really living The Good Times Lifestyle?  The answer is you aren’t.  If you are here reading this article, that means you are looking for answers to have a healthier body and have a better life.  

Did all of your pre-summer workouts get you the body you wanted for bikini season?  I hope they did.  But isn’t that our typical mindset?  Get ready for this or look good for that.  What about just looking good and being healthy all the time?

Why is that so hard to do?  It’s all planning and having a purpose.  Do you have a purpose?  If you don’t, get one.  Strive to be amazing.  Live an amazing life.  Don’t settle for mediocrity.  In my opinion, it’s ridiculous to settle for less than you deserve.

What’s Your Plan?

This weekend in Jersey has made me think a lot about my plans and I’m currently working on organizing and tweaking most of my systems.  The point of this article is to hopefully help you do the same.  Do you have a plan for how to stay fit and healthy this summer?  If not, why not?  If so, is it good enough?
