Part 1: Clean and press: 4 sets, 6 to 8 reps Towel barbell curls: 4 sets, 6 to 8 reps Part 2: Close grip barbell press: 3 sets, 8 to 12 reps Reverse EZ-bar curls: 3 sets, 8 to 12 reps Try It Out Give it a go and let me know what you think. Remember, due to the time constraints, resting for long periods just isn’t an option.
