The 10 Minute Arm Blast Workout

So here it is.  After all that strategy talk above, it’s time to put this workout into action.

Part 1:
Clean and press: 4 sets, 6 to 8 reps
Towel barbell curls: 4 sets, 6 to 8 reps

Part 2:
Close grip barbell press: 3 sets, 8 to 12 reps
Reverse EZ-bar curls: 3 sets, 8 to 12 reps

Try It Out

Give it a go and let me know what you think.  Remember, due to the time constraints, resting for long periods just isn’t an option.  Keep the cell phone in your locker and tell your buddy to shut up for 10 minutes because it’s all about hitting the weights hard and fast.  Happy lifting!
