More of the Best Fat Loss Advice

Do you find that sifting through all the fat loss advice is overwhelming?  Dan Grant shares more of the best information he has learned.I received some good feedback about my original The Best Fat Loss Advice I’ve Ever Received article, so since I’m always learning from people, I’ve decided to go ahead and write number 2.

I hope you enjoy it.

Crunches Don’t Give You a Six-Pack

I’ve always really known this, but it shocks me how many people don’t.  So I’m adding it to my list of fat loss facts.  If you want a six-pack or a flat stomach, you have to burn fat and eat properly.

The best way to burn fat is interval training.  I realize I sound like a broken record in all of my articles, because I always talk about interval training, but I just really believe it’s that big of a factor in optimal fat loss training.

It doesn’t take a genius to realize that if your diet isn’t exactly healthy, you’re going to have one hell of a time getting a six-pack.

Don’t Take it Too Seriously

Listen, life is way too short to be worrying about every little detail.  If a workout doesn’t go the way you wanted it to, shrug it off and do better next time.  If you had to eat some fast food, because you failed to plan your schedule properly, then just make the adjustment next time.

Don’t beat yourself up or give up because you did something that wasn’t in the plan or if you are going through a bit of a slump with your workouts.

Think about it:  if you just give up, it’s going to take a lot longer to get to your goals.  One day you’re going to want to try again (everybody does), so just stick with it and reach your goals faster.
