For one thing, it’s pretty hard, and it takes a lot of discipline and dedication to really get the body you want.  The biggest reason, I think, a lot of people find it really hard to get the body they want is that they don’t have all the right information.  So in this article I’m going to give you some secrets on how to get a leaner and fit body.

Consistently Change Your Workouts

If you don’t change, you’re not going to see continuous gain.  Sounds pretty simple, doesn’t it?  If you keep doing the same workout over and over, your body will adapt and just maintain the shape you already have.  Your body will show benefits at the beginning of every new workout, but as your body reaches its full potential using that workout, the changes will become minimal to none.  Switch it up every three to four weeks to keep those results coming.

Eat Five to Six Meals a Day

No more three square meals a day for you.  To keep your metabolism high throughout the day you need to consistently feed your body to keep its energy up and running.  I’m not talking five to six big meals a day, though.

I’m talking about eating smaller meals every two and a half to three hours.  Start with breakfast, then a snack, then lunch, then another snack, then dinner, and then one final snack to end your eating day.  Be sure to not overeat.  Remember, there will be another meal waiting in a few hours.
